Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who had been both as a captain and a participant of the 2012 Fierce Five as well as 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals in team and floor competitions and bronze medal in the balance beam. She became the first American gymnast to compete at the Olympics to win the most medals. The gold medal she won at the Olympics in 2016 was the second consecutive gold for the American team. She was, and teammate Gabby - the first Americans - to achieve this feat. Her silver medals came in the floor individual and all-around competitions. Between the two Olympics she took off from competitive gymnastics for 3 years. She was also a part of the gold-winning American teams in two World Championships. As a young girl She began learning gymnastics. The sport she loves the most is floor exercise. Aly is a supporter for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in memory her grandmother, who died from cancer. She is planning to pursue a career in fashion and would like to expand her line of signature leotards and socks later on. Fierce - a novel she's writing, will be out this year.
